Clear matte spray sealer

Bond 527 cement

Painting Instructions
Fleshtone -
Base Face
Georgia Clay - Beard and eyebrows
Black Green - Hat
Kelly Green - Basecoat banner; paint hatband
Apple Green - Plaid lines on banner; float top edge of hatband
Black Green - Float folds of banner to shade
Rouge - Stipple cheeks; float top of nose
14K Gold - Paint buckle on hat
Bittersweet - Paint lines on beard
Black Pen - Letter banner; outline banner and leprechaun; buckle
and hatband; draw mouth, dot eyes
When dry, spray with clear matte spray. Glue ribbon to back of banner and leprechaun. Glue on pinback.
